Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Agility and Productivity Analyst to work strategically and tactically on improving operational efficiency across technology and business areas.
This professional will work cross-functionally, supporting different organizational units in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing productivity, adopting agile practices, and implementing AI-based solutions for process optimization.
The role is not focused on operational facilitation of agile ceremonies, but rather on generating insights, directing improvements, governing indicators, and disseminating practices that increase organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to business and technology units to drive productivity and efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze performance, quality, and capacity metrics of teams, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop organizational diagnostics related to productivity, workflow, and agile maturity.
- Support leaders in defining and monitoring indicators, targets, and action plans.
- Identify and promote opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence for operational efficiency gains.
- Conduct studies and analyses using data from development and collaboration tools.
- Structure dashboards, executive reports, and presentations for different organizational levels.
- Support organizational transformation, productivity, and continuous improvement programs.
- Disseminate best practices in agility, data-driven management, and innovation.
- Work in partnership with engineering, product, and business teams to remove organizational bottlenecks and accelerate results.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed.
- Basic English.
- Experience in Organizational Agility, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.
- Knowledge of agile and Lean methodologies.
- Experience with indicator and performance metrics analysis.
- Knowledge of the software development cycle.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, or similar.
- Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, or equivalents).
- Experience with Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
- Ability to build executive reports and present results to leadership.
