Job Description

  • Act as a reference in test automation, evolving frameworks and proposing structural improvements to code.

  • Define architecture for new projects, conduct POCs, and apply design patterns.

  • Review code and mentor senior and junior engineers.

  • Plan and execute tests, driving a shift-left culture.

  • Lead troubleshooting of complex issues with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch).

  • Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Quality Gates.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence product quality strategy.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in test automation, acting as a technical reference.

  • Experience in test planning and execution (types and levels) and shift-left.

  • Observability and troubleshooting (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch).

  • CI/CD and Quality Gates.

  • Design patterns and code best practices.

  • Autonomy, data-driven decision making, and clear communication with technical and business audiences.
