Job Description

Act as a reference in test automation, evolving frameworks and proposing structural improvements to code.

Define architecture for new projects, conduct POCs, and apply design patterns.

Review code and mentor senior and junior engineers.

Plan and execute tests, driving a shift-left culture.

Lead troubleshooting of complex issues with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch).

Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Quality Gates.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and influence product quality strategy.
Requirements

Solid experience in test automation, acting as a technical reference.

Experience in test planning and execution (types and levels) and shift-left.

Observability and troubleshooting (Datadog, Splunk, Rancher, AWS CloudWatch).

CI/CD and Quality Gates.

Design patterns and code best practices.

Autonomy, data-driven decision making, and clear communication with technical and business audiences.
