About the role
As a Biotechnology Production Technician within the UpStream Process (USP - small or large-scale cell culture) activities, you will take part in the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients and in ensuring the smooth running of production activities.
In compliance with Quality rules, GMP (maintaining aseptic conditions, controlling contamination risks, etc.) and HSE standards. In UpStream Process, you will practice cell culture using single-use equipment (Erlenmeyer flasks and WaveBags), and on large-scale stainless steel bioreactors (from 100 L to 10,000 L). You will then conduct production operations through to harvest using centrifugation and filtration systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Complete manufacturing documents and batch records
- Carry out sampling on ongoing productions as well as on utilities (water, air, surfaces)
- Perform first-level maintenance actions (periodic replacement of cartridges and filters, probe calibration, etc.)
- Media preparation
- Monitor cell culture
About you
Experience / Education:
- Holding a Bac+2 level qualification, ideally in Biotechnology / Biology / Biochemistry, you have experience in a similar role in Biotechnology, within a pharmaceutical laboratory
Soft skills and know-how:
- Your curiosity, team spirit, rigor, and appetite for cutting-edge technologies will be major assets for this role
