Main responsibilities:
- Participate in researching industry best practices and defining the skills, behaviors, and mindsets required for successful Product Owners in an AI-powered environment
- Take part in developing a structured skills framework and maturity model to assess Product Owner capabilities and support their professional growth
- Help align Digital Accelerator leadership, HR, and Product Owner community leads to integrate the framework into recruitment, onboarding, and development practices
- Support us in preparing and coordinating the PO Dojo, a three-day upskilling program combining hands-on training, peer learning, and expert-led sessions
- Contribute in promoting AI adoption among Product Owners by identifying relevant tools and use cases, sharing best practices, and addressing adoption challenges
- Collaborate to strengthening the Product Owner community through knowledge-sharing initiatives and learning activities that foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and a strong product culture
About you
- Soft and technical skills: Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity. Interest in digital product culture, AI trends
- Education: Master’s degree in business management, in digital transformation
- Languages: english fluent

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the study of industry practices and the definition of the skills, behaviors, and mindsets required to become a high-performing Product Owner in an AI-integrated environment
- Contribute to the development of a structured skills framework and maturity model to assess Product Owner skills and support their professional progression
- Help coordinate the leadership teams of the Digital Accelerator, human resources, and Product Owner community managers to integrate this framework into recruitment, onboarding, and skills development processes
- Participate in preparing and coordinating the PO Dojo, an intensive three-day training program combining hands-on practice, peer exchanges, and sessions led by experts
- Contribute to promoting AI adoption among Product Owners by identifying relevant tools and use cases, sharing best practices, and helping overcome obstacles to its adoption
- Collaborate on developing the Product Owner community through knowledge-sharing initiatives and learning activities that foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and the strengthening of product culture
About you
- Behavioral and technical skills: Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and interest in digital product culture and artificial intelligence trends
- Education: Bac+5 (master’s level) in business management or digital transformation
- Languages: Fluent English
