At Ecare, multiple teams develop software for healthcare daily. Beneath all those teams lies one crucial foundation: the internal platform. That platform provides generic building blocks, implementations, and APIs that development teams rely on to work quickly, safely, and consistently.
As Product Owner Platform, you bring focus, direction, and predictability to this domain. You ensure that the Platform team builds the right things, at the right time, and with clear standards.
This is not a classical business PO role.
Your stakeholders are primarily internal development teams and colleagues who support these development teams.
You engage firmly in substantive discussions and maintain oversight across multiple interests simultaneously. You communicate clearly, even when it's uncomfortable, and take responsibility for direction and prioritization.
