At Ecare, multiple teams develop software for healthcare every day. Underlying all of these teams is one crucial foundation: the internal platform. That platform provides generic building blocks, implementations, and APIs that development teams rely on in order to work quickly, securely, and consistently.
As a Product Owner Platform, you bring focus, direction, and predictability to this domain. You ensure that the Platform team builds the right things, at the right time, and with clear standards.
This is not a classic business PO role.
Your stakeholders are primarily internal development teams and colleagues who support these development teams.
You hold your ground in substantive discussions and keep an overview of multiple interests at the same time. You communicate clearly, even when it creates friction, and take responsibility for direction and prioritization.
