Job Description
As a pharmacy intern, you will work in Research & Development in the Regulatory Affairs department. The Regulatory Affairs (drug licensing) department ensures, in close pan-European collaboration with specialist departments from research and production, market access for new medicines and the maintenance of existing drug licenses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This also includes the professionally correct labeling of medicines.
You will support our team with a variety of other tasks:

You will assist with the preparation, creation and processing of variations concerning pharmaceutical quality and changes to the product information texts

Review of professional and patient information leaflets for print approval for the manufacturing sites

Comparison of database entries for completeness checks as part of internal quality control and support in the ongoing maintenance of regulatory databases and document management systems

Professional revision of product information texts

Taking over temporary regulatory projects

Creating presentations

You will support the handling of service requests and carry out research activities

You will gain cross-functional insights into adjacent specialist areas
Requirements & Qualifications

You have or will shortly complete the second section of pharmaceutical training (2nd State Pharmaceutical Examination)

You have a strong interest in processes in the pharmaceutical industry and a customer-oriented mindset

You are confident using standard software (MS Office)

You are a team player, work independently and bring high motivation with strong initiative

You have very good communication skills

Good German and English skills, spoken and written
