🎯 Role Mission
As a People Analyst, your mission will be crucial to transforming data into strategic decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing key information, optimizing processes, and generating insights that drive an exceptional experience for our collaborators and support business growth.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- You will manage your agenda and weekly priorities autonomously, escalating only complex situations that go beyond your scope of responsibility.
- You will be responsible for key processes such as payroll closing and the creation of headcount dashboards, ensuring the quality of information for stakeholders such as People Managers and Finance.
- You will proactively identify and resolve simple unforeseen issues, proposing solutions and improvements in the event of possible process errors.
- You will continuously optimize People processes to improve the experience of our collaborators, measuring the impact of your actions on results.
- You will analyze People data to generate insights that drive strategic decisions and improve talent management across the entire organization.
- You will ensure full compliance with labor legislation, making sure our operations always remain within the current legal framework.
- You will facilitate 1:1 sessions to follow up on team needs through active listening. You will act as a facilitator and a constant source of support, helping to channel and resolve pain points within the organization.
- You will drive the benefits strategy, ensuring its visibility and constantly evaluating its level of use. In addition, you will proactively propose new ideas and initiatives that add value for collaborators.
- You will ensure an optimal work environment that complies with the law, leading key workplace safety initiatives. You will be the bridge with our Risk Prevention Advisor to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
🔍 What we are looking for
- Alignment with our principles
- Degree in Business Engineering, Engineering in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
- High orientation toward people and delivering an excellent experience to our collaborators.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating autonomy and responsibility.
