About the role
The role will involve technical support for users and support for the global team.
How will you help us achieve our mission?
Hardware support for MAC and HP equipment
Support for Windows and MacOS
Zoom videoconferencing support
Videoconference room support
Google Suite support
Equipment assembly and configuration
What we are looking for

Degree in computer science, telecommunications, or vocational training

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for internal employee services, ideally Google Workspace (but experience with Office 365 is valued) as well as Apple hardware fleets.

Technical knowledge in:
- Windows and Apple environments
- Equipment provisioning
- Communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, Teams)
