About the position
The position will provide technical support to users and support to the global team.
How will you help us fulfill our mission?
Hardware support for MAC and HP equipment
Support for Windows and MacOS
Zoom videoconference support
Videoconference room support
Google suite support
Equipment assembly and configuration
What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or vocational training

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for internal employee services, ideally Google Workspace (but experience with Office 365 is valued) as well as the Apple computer fleet.

Technical knowledge in:
- Windows and Apple environments
- Equipment deployment
- Communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, Hangouts, Teams)
