The team is growing and we are looking for a person to act as Product Ops, ensuring that the product operation works with excellence and that PMs and squads have everything they need to deliver value continuously.
This person will be responsible for looking at the end-to-end funnel, ensuring operational health, monitoring critical metrics, supporting product squads, and deploying smaller improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction and keep the operation flowing stably. This is an essential role to ensure that Limpa Nome runs smoothly and that the user experience is always seamless — especially in a high-volume and high-criticality product.
This is a role for someone who enjoys product + operations + data, who is motivated by ensuring everything works perfectly and by strengthening PMs so they can focus on strategy and major deliveries. It is the role that keeps the engine running so that Limpa Nome delivers impact to millions of people, every day.

- Act as a partner to squads and PMs, providing operational support, analyses, inputs for decision-making and support for prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvements in the product, reducing friction points and enhancing the user experience.
- Monitor the operational performance of the product, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of issues that impact the customer journey.
- Promote visibility of the product's operation and results to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capability to monitor metrics, conversion funnels and performance indicators.
- Experience identifying and tracking operational incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to turn customer data and feedback into insights and improvement opportunities for the product.
- Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs and OKRs.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, processing and analysis.
