Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Onsite Mon-Friday, 38-hours Weekly

About the Role:
This is aunique opportunityto lead and shape the future of Diageo’s Manufacturing Operational Technology (OT) landscape. As part of the local Engineering Team, you will be responsible for leading OT systems at the site level, which include SCADA process control systems, networks, PLCs, and HMIs. Collaborating closely with the Global Engineering Team, you will take ownership of the OT strategy and play a key role in drivingdigitalisation,automation, andsecurityadvancements across our operations.
TheMaturation functionis currently undergoing a transformation journey towarddigitalisation and automation. You will work closely with engineering and operations colleagues, playing a crucial role in crafting and delivering this transformation. As a key figure in the team, you will help advance the strategy for Maturation, improving processes and production through innovative OT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the OT strategy at the site level, aligned with Diageo’s global strategy.

Drive thedigitalisationandautomationagenda for site operations.

OverseeManagement of Changeprocesses within OT systems.

HandleIndustrial Data Modelsand support capital projects.

LeadCyber Security Lifecycle Managementfollowing IEC 62443 standards.

Oversee third-party support contracts andsecure remote access.

Providecontinuous threat detectionandincident responsetechnical support.

Ensure the integrity ofOT Disaster RecoveryandBusiness Continuity Plans.

Collaborate with site management teams on OT standard processes.

Support the integration ofSMART Factory Industry 4.0initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience:

Process Control Systems EngineeringandAutomationexpertise.

Proficiency inSCADA,PLC,HMI, andIndustrial Networks.

Experience inIndustry 4.0andIIOTtechnologies.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally in food and beverage.

Familiarity withEngineering Hazard and Risk Identification.

Experience withCyber Security methodologies(IEC 62443) andEngineering Safety Systems(IEC 61508).

Strong understanding ofIT/OT Networking.
