Role mission
Your mission at Cabify will be to ensure quality and safety through operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement processes to deliver the highest standards and the value proposition defined for our driver audience at Cabify.
How will you help us fulfil our mission?
To do so, you will help us accomplish this mission by taking charge of:
- Proposing and implementing continuous improvement projects, processes and operations related to quality and safety for our driver audience, seeking a superior level of service.
- Tracking the metrics of new driver acquisition in each of the categories, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the quality standards linked to acquisition processes.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of drivers in each of the categories, contributing to improving the user experience.
- Managing the relationship with suppliers associated with the processes of the role.
- Implementing automation opportunities in internal processes.
- Developing analytical tools to support decision-making in the area.
What are we looking for?
- Alignment with our principles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in process mapping and documentation
- Experience in managing cross-departmental projects
- Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with AI (N8N, Claude)
