Your Tasks
You will organize daily office life, handle correspondence, draft and send business letters, plan and schedule appointments, process incoming and outgoing mail, write invoices, organize business trips, welcome visitors and clients, and assist in meetings, for example by taking minutes. During the three-year apprenticeship—and depending on your chosen specialization—you will rotate through our Accounting, Procurement / Purchasing, HR, and Sales departments.
Must Haves
A convincing secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a good advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). High school graduates (Abiturientinnen und Abiturienten) are also very welcome. You paid close attention in German and Mathematics, and your grades reflect that.

Especially in IT, this is an important building block for leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint.
- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed ourselves to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing instead of disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste every year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with limited budgets can also afford good IT. This makes us particularly proud!
