Your Tasks
This apprenticeship offers you exciting and innovative projects. You will inform and advise our customers on the acquisition of various IT products. To do this, you will analyze their requirements and create suitable offers. Furthermore, your tasks will include procuring hardware and software and carrying out promotional activities. Project management, including resource planning, is also an important area of responsibility. We will prepare you optimally for these activities. For example, you will practice how to instruct users on how to operate systems. It is also important that you know how to distinguish between market-standard devices, programs, and systems based on their performance. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through our two departments: "Schools, Cities, and Municipalities" and "SMB and Enterprise." You will follow a weekly training plan for each of our solutions—this way, we will support you professionally, and you will continuously expand your knowledge until you are a pro yourself!
Must Haves
A convincing secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a good technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). High school graduates (Abiturienten) are also very welcome. You have paid close attention in German, English, and Mathematics, and your grades reflect that.

Especially in IT, this is an important building block for leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint
- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed ourselves to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing instead of disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste every year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with a low budget can also afford good IT. That makes us particularly proud!
