Your Tasks
This apprenticeship offers you exciting and innovative projects. You will inform and advise our customers when purchasing various IT products. To do this, you analyze their requirements and create suitable offers. You will also be responsible for procuring hardware and software and implementing marketing measures. Project management including resource planning is also an important area of responsibility. We will prepare you thoroughly for these activities. For example, you will practice how to train users in operating systems. It is also important that you know how to distinguish between standard market devices, programs, and systems based on their performance. During your apprenticeship, you will work in both of our departments: "Schools, Cities and Municipalities" and "SMB and Enterprise." You will follow a weekly training schedule for each of our solutions – this way we support you professionally and you continuously expand your knowledge until you become an expert yourself!
Must Haves
With a convincing secondary school diploma or good technical college entrance qualification. High school graduates are also warmly welcome with us. In the subjects of German, English, and Mathematics, you have really paid attention and your grades show it now.

- Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing rather than disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste each year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with limited budgets can also afford good IT. That makes us particularly proud!
