&samhoud is looking for an enthusiastic work-study student for Office Management who wants to contribute to the daily operations of our Brand Office in the heart of Amsterdam. In this role, you ensure that colleagues and clients feel welcome in our beautiful and unique building, and you support them where needed.
What will you do?
- You are the first point of contact in the office: you receive clients, coordinate meeting rooms, and ensure great lunch and delicious coffee.
- You keep the office neat and well-maintained, and ensure that the building's appearance is always in order.
- You support colleagues in their work and help organize various (internal) activities.
Who are you?
- You are an HBO or WO student, living in (the area of) Amsterdam, and you are available 16 hours per week.
- You have experience in hospitality or reception and know what hospitality means.
- You are a strong communicator, speak fluent Dutch and good English.
- You are flexible, organized, and know how to set priorities well.
- You are proactive, willing to roll up your sleeves, and are not afraid to ask for help when needed.
