SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Workplace: Bydgoszcz

Your daily tasks
-
Shift work; including weekends and holidays
-
Supporting team work - quick response, diagnosing and removing faults
-
Collaborating with other departments to quickly and efficiently restore the operation of devices and systems
-
Working with technical documentation and computer systems
-
Active participation in planned, periodic automation inspections, aimed at preventing failures and downtime.
What we expect from you
-
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance work
-
Knowledge of automation
-
Preferred education in a relevant field - automation, electrical engineering, mechanics or other related fields
-
Good work organization
-
Ability to work in a group and comfort in contacts with colleagues
-
Willingness to show initiative and independence
-
Conversational command of English
-
Knowledge of and ability to work with technical documentation, drawings and electrical schematics
-
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment
-
Analytical thinking skills
-
Knowledge of and ability to work with TPM and Lean Management
-
Ability to build relationships and cooperate with other departments and external companies
-
Ability to adapt and willingness to tackle non-standard tasks
-
Experience working with CMMS systems is a plus
