Job Description

Role Mission

To be the owner of the infrastructure and performance of digital marketing assets in both environments: app and web.

Responsible for the landing page ecosystem, the Serasa Ads media structure, and the martech layer within the app: instrumentation, in-app communication, attribution, and measurement.

Translate business demand into published pages, live campaigns, and activated journeys, with enough technical autonomy to avoid depending on an engineering queue for every delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Govern event taxonomy and instrumentation: ensure that journeys and campaigns in the app are measurable and reliable
  • Master the release cycle: understand the impact of a new version on tracking, campaigns, and conversion, and anticipate instrumentation breaks
  • Be the bridge with Mobile Product and Engineering: negotiate roadmap space for martech demands and defend technical standards
  • Responsible for the full LP cycle: briefing, construction, publication, optimization, and sunset
  • Maintain and evolve templates and components, reducing go-live time
  • Run a continuous CRO agenda with hypotheses, A/B tests, and funnel analysis by page
  • Ensure technical performance, SEO, accessibility, and LGPD compliance
  • Take care of the continuity of the web → app journey, including deferred deep linking and the integrity of campaign parameters during the transition
  • Manage inventory and prioritization of spaces in app and web, balancing revenue and user experience
  • Be the technical point of contact for advertisers and the commercial team in structuring and reporting campaigns
  • Ensure integration between the ads platform, CDP, and analytics tools
  • Document and govern the martech stack: access, contracts, tool roadmap, and vendors

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in martech or growth with a focus on mobile apps
  • Mastery of product analytics platforms in a mobile context (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent)
  • Real understanding of the mobile development cycle: releases, rollout, versioning, app stores
  • Experience in operating landing pages at scale and CRO with experimentation
  • Experience in ad ops or media platforms
  • Autonomy with HTML, CSS, and notions of JavaScript and SQL
  • Applied knowledge of LGPD, consent, and first-party data governance
  • Ability to prioritize with multiple stakeholders and translate business demand into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial products or a regulated environment
  • Experience with CDP and cross-channel audience activation
  • Experience with retail media or first-party audience monetization
  • Management of a multidisciplinary team or squad
  • Background in a mobile product team
