Job Description

Your mission:

Lead the strategic vision, discovery, planning, and roadmap definition of new AI-powered credit and fraud decision desk experiences that will integrate the Serasa Experian platform ecosystem.

This person will work in partnership with global Experian Software Solutions (ESS) teams and squads in Brazil and the United Kingdom to transform complex credit and fraud operation needs into an AI-native, scalable, and high-value experience for analysts and managers.

The goal is to support users who need to consolidate and evaluate relevant information for decision-making, with greater explainability, reduced manual work, faster speed, and greater accuracy.

What will your day-to-day look like?

The initiative context involves co-development between Brazil, the United Kingdom, and ESS, with a focus on structured discovery, persona and journey definition, identification of relevant uncertainties, customer validation, and product evolution from MVP.

  • Lead the day-to-day of the regional Squad in Brazil, translating strategic objectives defined with global teams into clear product initiatives.
  • Conduct the co-development working model with ESS and UK, ensuring alignment between local needs, global strategy, technical dependencies, and final customer experience.
  • Define the product vision, value proposition, and principles of the AI-applied credit and fraud decision desk experience.
  • Lead continuous discovery focused on personas, jobs to be done, journeys, operational pain points, and success metrics.
  • Translate AI opportunities into concrete experiences that increase operational efficiency and reduce analysis and decision time.
  • Build and prioritize the roadmap and backlog, ensuring product results, in partnership with Design, Tech Lead, Brazil Engineering, and global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders, often in English, with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Ensure that new screens and flows are connected to the Company's broader strategy, with attention to experience consistency across different Serasa Experian products.
  • Work closely with Design to transform hypotheses into prototypes, rapid learnings, and well-founded product decisions.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, governance, and approval needs related to AI features and use cases.
  • Be the primary product voice for the initiative in Brazil, representing the local market perspective in a global context.
  • Influence and connect Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, Analytics teams, commercial stakeholders, and regional/global leadership.

Qualifications

What we're looking for in you!

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager in regulated and highly complex environments;
  • Experience in product management in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product evolution and squad execution, ensuring alignment between strategy, technical execution, and stakeholders;
  • Fluent English for frequent interaction with global teams;
  • Previous experience with decision platforms and operational day-to-day contexts in decision desk processes;
  • Experience in product discovery, prioritization under ambiguity, and roadmap building;
  • Ability to transform complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and actionable roadmap;
  • Experience collaborating closely with Design and Engineering;
  • Hands-on profile, with a sense of ownership and good analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders (global and regional teams) and ability to navigate between technical audiences, business areas, and executive leadership.

Differentials:

  • Experience with products enabled by AI/GenAI, especially in contexts with human-in-the-loop, explainability, and assisted decision-making;
  • Previous experience in co-development with multicultural teams;
  • Experience with tools that support product management and collaboration in agile environments, such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of credit, fraud, KYC, AML, underwriting, or onboarding journeys;
  • Experience with API-based platforms, data ecosystems, and modular solutions;
