We are looking for a person responsible for ensuring the success of the solutions under their responsibility, defining the product strategy from development to market launch, including monitoring the financial results of the portfolio and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the strategic vision of solutions and improvements in the solution journey;

· Translate challenges and opportunities into solutions and suggest new business models and services to be offered in the portfolio;

· Translate business needs into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria;

· Manage the backlog and prioritize items based on product needs and strategy;

· Manage the product lifecycle, including enabling a service discontinuation plan when necessary;

· Create commercial materials for products and structure GTM actions, in conjunction with Marketing and Offerings teams, aiming to increase sales of products under your management;

· Ensure alignment with all necessary stakeholders for initiatives (e.g., Legal, Governance, Marketing, Growth, Customer Service, Finance, etc.);

· Monitor Revenue, Consumption, and Budget indicators to ensure portfolio profitability;

· Build executive reports, demonstrating tracking of deliverables and their impacts on product and area results;

· Monitor product evolution and its adherence to adjust as necessary.

· Initiative, leadership, and critical thinking to make business decisions, whether to solve problems and deliver customer value;

· Proactive, seek to acquire knowledge and stay always aware of market and competition news;

· Experience in Product management, working in partnership with Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and other areas to deliver results;

· Organization and analytical capacity so that proposed initiatives solve customer pain points in an agile and quality manner;

· Proactive. Always seek improvements in products, journeys, and flows that contribute to business evolution and customer experience;

· Knowledge of storytelling and executive presentation building;

· Advanced English required.

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar positions in agile teams
  • Knowledge of product metrics and being data-driven for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills with different areas.
