Join Lunii as Lead Hardware!

Reporting to Laurie, our CTO, you will take responsibility for the Hardware team to oversee the monitoring, ongoing maintenance and quality of our products already on the market.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the excellence of our products in the field. From solving factory problems to continuous improvement, you will work closely with the Supply Chain and Firmware teams and our industrial partners to ensure the sustainability and optimization of our products.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing and leading the team by developing their skills and organizing the work.

  • Ensuring the proper steering of evolution projects for existing products: managing component changes, mechanical/electronic optimizations, packaging evolutions and creation of accessories.

  • Being the preferred point of contact for factories and industrial partners to resolve quality/field issues and address defects at the source with composure and pragmatism.

  • Driving the continuous improvement approach in close liaison with after-sales service to analyze end-customer feedback and turn this data into corrective or evolutionary actions.

  • Collaborating across teams with the Supply Chain team to secure supplies, and with the Firmware team to align embedded software and hardware evolutions.

  • Arbitrating priorities and securing the team's schedule, while reporting on progress, risks and opportunities to the CTO.

Non-exhaustive list.

Lunii recruits and values all talents: we are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Our ideal profile
  • You hold a degree from an engineering school (or equivalent training) and have at least 6 years of experience in industrial project management or consumer physical product development.

  • Ideally, you have a first experience in managing a technical team or a strong, confident Lead profile.

  • You are familiar with the consumer hardware products environment and understand field realities: plastic injection molds, electronic boards, factory assembly constraints, standards/certifications and Supply Chain challenges.

  • You show excellent perspective: you know how to keep a "cool head" in the face of technical emergencies, prioritize and manage several complex topics in parallel.

  • You have a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving, with root cause analysis and short-, medium- and long-term action plans.

  • Proactive and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are as comfortable communicating with factories as you are working cross-functionally with internal teams.

  • Fluency in English is essential for your daily exchanges with our industrial partners.
