Job Description
Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with the region's key accounts, acting as the person responsible for the commercial and strategic management of large livestock properties served directly by the company. Ensure sustainable business growth by building business plans, identifying opportunities, coordinating internal and external resources, and maintaining relationships with the clients' key decision-makers, always in compliance with the organization's guidelines, policies, and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management

Manage a portfolio of large livestock accounts in the states of Pará, Maranhão, Tocantins, and Piauí, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

Develop and implement annual business plans for each strategic account, aligned with the company's objectives and the clients' needs.

Identify opportunities to expand the product, service, and solution portfolio of the Ruminant Business Unit.

Build long-term relationships with owners, directors, managers, and other decision-makers at the properties.
Executive Relationship and Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between the company, strategic clients, and partner consulting firms.

Conduct periodic alignment and accountability meetings, presenting results, indicators, projects, and business opportunities.

Develop strong institutional relationships with farm leadership, promoting value perception and strengthening the partnership.
Resource and Project Coordination

Coordinate and direct internal teams and partners for the implementation of technical projects, training, capacity building, and client development initiatives.

Ensure the execution of agreed-upon action plans, acting as a facilitator between the different company areas involved in serving the accounts.

Work in an integrated manner with the Regional Manager, Livestock Consultants, Demand Coordinators, and other support areas.
Technical and Commercial Development

Plan and support technical, commercial, and marketing actions aimed at the development of strategic accounts.

Promote lectures, training, field days, technical meetings, and results presentations.

Support Territory Coordinators in direct sales strategies for Visual Identification.

Monitor client performance indicators and propose actions to improve results.
Planning and Governance

Carry out strategic planning, periodic business reviews, and monthly territory meetings.

Prepare management reports and executive presentations within established deadlines.

Ensure the correct use of corporate tools, including MAXX, WTM, CRM, and other company systems.

Fully comply with corporate policies, including Compliance, Business Ethics, and Commercial Conduct.

Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields.
Experience
-
Proven experience in consultative sales and strategic account management (Key Accounts).

Experience in the livestock market, especially in beef cattle.

Experience in creating and monitoring business plans.

Experience in conducting complex negotiations and building relationships with executives, directors, and owners.

Experience in project leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary resources.

Proven experience in managing strategic accounts.
