Job Description
About the position
We are looking for a Junior Sales Commission Analyst to work on the calculation and management of sales commission models, serving internal teams and national and international partners.
This position plays a fundamental role in executing commission routines, ensuring accuracy in payments, standardization of processes, and compliance with controls and audits.
Main responsibilities
- Execute monthly sales commission calculations (internal teams and partners)
- Process, validate, and consolidate data ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Execute queries and routines in data environments (Databricks / Azure), based on previously structured code
- Develop and maintain controls in Excel, including analyses, validations, and dashboards
- Ensure complete and updated documentation of processes, both for execution and audits
- Support standardization initiatives and continuous improvement of commission processes
- Work together with:
- Commercial Team
- Financial Teams
- National and international partners
- Support in analyzing and resolving commission discrepancies
- Ensure traceability and compliance of information
Position routine
The position involves recurring work in monthly closing cycles, including:
- Data collection and processing
- Execution of commission calculations
- Validation and verification of results
- Adjustments and resolution of inconsistencies
- Communication of calculated amounts
- Support for internal controls and audits

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in financial routines (preferably with sales commission)
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, validations, and building controls/dashboards)
- Basic SQL knowledge (query execution and understanding)
- Organization and discipline for monthly routines
- Proactivity and interest in learning technical aspects
