- Perform document analysis in accordance with the instructions provided in training manuals;
- Stay updated on the area's procedures and processes;
- Participate in meetings to align on new document rules and/or important notices;
- Participate in evolutionary training for the general service team;
- Request support from team members to resolve all questions pertinent to open documents.

- Office suite and typing skills.
