We are storytellers: from wild discovery trips around the world at the 25hours Hotel The Trip to exciting experiences with famous personalities at the 25hours Hotel The Goldman. We live the diversity of our two Frankfurt houses. Pizza Friday and a round of mini golf in the office are part of the package, as are flat hierarchies and the opportunity to look into other departments. Job Description
What does your working day look like …
- You make sure that guests at the front desk are not just satisfied, but delighted
- You always stay cool, even when all the guests arrive for check-in at the same time
- You prepare the shift and finish it with a tidy Front Office
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
- You have completed training in hospitality and speak English fluently
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
- You also know the city well and always have insider tips up your sleeve
- You bring not only your skills but also your character
