IT Technician (all genders)
We are currently looking for a person who will join the Warehouse IT team as an IT Technician.
As part of the team, you will support our internal and external customers every day with all IT matters. We don't have time for boredom - we offer a variety of tasks! Every day we work to continuously improve and speed up our order process - your achievements can have a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
Workplace - Gardno, near Szczecin
Your daily tasks:

Being the first point of contact for all IT-related issues

First and second level support for Windows and Linux systems
-
Solving IT problems at workstations - computers, printers, mobile devices
-
Supervising the IT infrastructure
-
Maintaining and implementing improvements in the IT infrastructure and devices
-
Analyzing and eliminating failures using the available tools
What we expect from you:
-
Previous professional experience in first and second level IT support - experience in IT logistics will be an additional advantage

Basic knowledge of networking and server topics (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Windows Server)

Education with an IT or technical profile

Fluent Polish and communicative English
-
Experience in data protection and security and handling Linux systems will be an additional advantage

Flexibility - we work in shifts, and as part of the schedule we also take rotating on-duty shifts on Saturdays

Availability - rotating on-call duties
