INTERNSHIP IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OMNICHANNEL STRATEGY

What activities will you carry out?
- Omnichannel management for emerging audiences·
- Coordination with business units for omnichannel plans·
- Handling the end to end process for cross-functional scientific content: taxonomy, development, approval and coordination with external suppliers.
- Tracking accreditations in continuing medical education·
- Data analysis·
- Participation in strategic cross-functional projects
What profile are we looking for?
- Being enrolled in a School or University that allows us to sign an Academic Collaboration Agreement
- Training in health sciences.
- Analytical ability
- Motivated by digital and dynamic environments
- High level of English
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate/facilitate
