Role and Responsibilities
- Drive regional activation strategy across APAC, tailoring approaches to market dynamics and key customer segments.
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts against quarterly revenue targets, with a focus on revenue expansion, retention, and long-term partnership development.
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities across Liftoff’s core business customers by aligning Intelligence solutions with clients’ user acquisition and monetization goals.
- Lead strategic client engagements and internal alignment, acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate product, market, and feature insights into actionable recommendations that help drive measurable outcomes for clients in the mobile ecosystem.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to drive activation, adoption, and overall client success.
- Collaborate with Intelligence Sales, Analyst, and Product teams to bring solutions to market and expand within existing accounts.
Qualities that make you successful in this role:
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or account management (or 6+ years with a master’s degree), with a strategic, consultative approach and a track record of managing revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification through close—with minimal oversight.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Data-driven storyteller with the ability to analyze, visualize, and connect data, product insights, and campaign performance to drive outcomes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve client goals and revenue targets.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Background in user acquisition (UA), growth, or the mobile app/gaming ecosystem preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings (local and international).

Location:
We prefer this role to work from our Beijing office (Guomao) at least 1-2 days/week.

Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
The annual OTE (on-target earning = base + on-target bonus) for this role in Beijing is RMB 550,000 - 665,000
