Salary conditions
2 200 EUR/month
Starting base salary is 1 800 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful onboarding is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, so it can be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1 200 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary. For working in the business center, we will also reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR.

In the position of Business Advisor for Entrepreneurs, your tasks will be:
- providing service activities for clients who are small business owners,
- identifying the needs of legal entities and analyzing those needs,
- providing information and expert advice to clients in order to find the optimal solution,
- proactively securing and developing long-term business relationships in the Small Business segment,
- actively seeking new business opportunities,
- continuously learning about news in the world of finance and growing professionally.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can easily navigate the financial statements of small business owners,
- you can actively use MS Office,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- you have argumentation skills and a business mindset,
- English language and an economics-related education are an advantage,
- you are a trustworthy and honest person,
- you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
