Cabify Ads is an advertising business division within the B2B solutions we offer at Cabify. This vertical provides products and services that connect companies (advertisers) with their audiences and potential consumers within the Cabify platform (Mobility Media) at key moments of the mobility experience.
Our inventory includes digital solutions (in-app), such as Journey Ads and other formats, where we make the most of our technology and information to create segments highly aligned with our clients' needs. And key for this role, we offer offline solutions (in-car, in-moto), such as vinyl wraps, headrests, screens and other media, which directly contribute to increasing consideration and brand visibility for our clients.

About the position:
At Cabify Ads we are looking for an organized, resourceful person with operational management skills to coordinate all processes related to advertising inside our vehicles: the vinyl wrapping and unwrapping of vehicles, and the internal and external screens of the cars, both in our own fleet and in other fleets, in Spain and internationally, ensuring deadlines are met, service quality, and smooth communication between internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
Your mission will be to be the operational liaison, ensuring that each advertising campaign is executed with efficiency, order and traceability.
How will you help us achieve our mission?
For all media:

Plan and comprehensively coordinate all resources, processes and timings needed for campaign execution.

Lead end-to-end operational management: activation, monitoring, control, closing, invoicing and collection.

Ensure traceability and operational efficiency.

Be the point of connection between sales teams, technology, data, marketing and finance to ensure effective and on-time delivery of all campaigns.

Specifically regarding Vinyl wrapping, your role will be:

Coordinate at the base the daily vinyl wrapping and unwrapping operations of vehicles, both for advertising campaigns and for Cabify's own advertising.

Manage the flow of vehicles in and out in coordination with the fleet area and the external provider.

Supervise the quality of the vinyl wrapping (visual inspection, photo reports, incidents, damage, etc.).

Control the documentation and traceability of the process (checklists, records, system updates).

Collaborate with the platform and Media team to monitor campaigns and SLA compliance.

Continuously communicate the status of progress, incidents or deviations.

Ensure compliance with internal regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL) and security policies at the base.

Regarding other screens (tablets, on-top), your role will be:

Operationally manage the screens (campaign planning and activation, coordination with different teams, post-campaign reporting)
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in operational coordination, logistics or fleet management (experience in automotive and/or out-of-home advertising is a plus).
- Planning ability and autonomous incident resolution in dynamic environments.
- Learning capacity to manage campaigns for other digital media (online screens).
- Effective communication, negotiation skills and orientation toward teamwork.
- Intermediate level in management tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, etc.) and ability to work with new technologies (AI).
- Driver's license category B (a plus).
