🎯 Role Mission: Build, define, document and audit the processes and procedures of fleet operations (internal and partner), turning the real dynamics of the field into clear, auditable standards accompanied by control checklists that ensure consistency, safety, profitability and continuous improvement across the entire organization.
🛠️ How will you help us fulfill our mission?:

Lead the survey, design and technical documentation of critical fleet operation processes: base management, workshop operations, internal logistics, maintenance, charging infrastructure, cleaning, parking and incident resolution.

Design standardized operating procedures (SOPs), checklists and regulatory and safety compliance criteria that guarantee uniformity and quality across all operations.

Periodically measure and audit compliance and the impact of processes through data analysis, identifying deviations or bottlenecks and leading corrective action plans together with operational teams.

Actively manage operational risks and design preventive protocols that raise safety standards in fleet operations.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and standardization, providing training to base/workshop teams and keeping procedures up to date in response to business changes or regulatory changes.

Act as a strategic communication bridge between field teams and operational management, prioritizing standardization initiatives based on their impact on service and risk mitigation.

Maintain a continuous presence in the field (operational bases, workshops and charging points) to understand real operations in detail before modeling any procedure.
🔍 What we are looking for:
- Hard Skills:

Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in process management, quality, continuous improvement or operations, preferably in environments with large-scale fleet management (thousands of vehicles) or intensive management of physical assets (logistics, shared mobility, rent-a-car or transport).

Expertise in creating process maps, writing SOPs, designing operational checklists and audit frameworks.

Structured and analytical thinking, with proven ability to process operational data and translate it into measurable and actionable action plans.

Professional English level (minimum B2), with fluency to interact with international teams, suppliers or partners.

A distinctly hands-on profile: a passion for and enjoyment of being present in the field, observing real operations and connecting directly with workshop and base teams.

Leadership through influence: ability to align, motivate and build agreements with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams without requiring direct hierarchical authority.

Advanced multi-level communication skills, with ease interacting with base operational profiles and with area management.
