Head of Organic

The opportunity

You’ll join Reboot, an established pure-play organic search agency known for its SEO experiments, original research and data-led Digital PR.

We test how search works and use what we learn to improve client strategies, helping lead the way as organic search evolves. As we enter our next phase of growth, you’ll help shape an offering that brings SEO, content, Digital PR and data together to deliver measurable results.

We’re building a stronger strategy layer at Reboot. That means understanding the commercial challenge, identifying the search opportunity and setting a roadmap that gives delivery a clear purpose. Every piece of work should have a reason to exist within that plan, whether it improves discoverability, meets search demand, strengthens authority or helps turn organic visibility into enquiries and sales.

Steered by our Strategy Director, you’ll work closely with our Heads of Department, helping turn that approach into consistent client delivery.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading a team and staying close to the work. You’ll be comfortable challenging a roadmap, investigating a performance problem and showing colleagues how to improve their approach.
