Our Zalando Outlet Stores are an important part of our offline strategy, of which we are particularly proud as an online platform for fashion and lifestyle. Our outlet stores across Germany are "Zalando you can touch." In a modern shopping experience, we give unsold fashion a second chance.
As Supervisor / Floor Specialist (all genders), you are responsible for organizing the sales floor and take on professional leadership for your 15-person team. As part of the Store Management, you also make a significant contribution to the economic success and further development of our store. Do you want to make a difference and see your success directly? WHY THE ROLE IS EXCITING FOR YOU…
- With your team, you ensure an attractive sales floor, an ideal shopping atmosphere, and implement sales-promoting measures.
- You provide professional customer service and, together with Store Management, implement suitable marketing measures.
- You lead by example, motivate your team through transparency and collaboration, and take charge of onboarding new team members.
- You manage sales floor topics, the flow of goods, the processes between the sales area and the warehouse, as well as the daily shift schedules.
