As Department Manager / Supervisor (all genders) for the sales floor, you are responsible, together with your team of up to 15 people, for the sales floor, its organisation, and achieving sales targets in our store in Dresden.

With your team, you ensure that our customers find a well-stocked and attractive sales floor and an ideal shopping atmosphere. You keep an eye on key figures and proactively derive sales-promoting measures.

Together with your team, you create a professional customer service and, in cooperation with store management, implement suitable marketing measures.

You act as a role model and motivate your team through transparency, authenticity and collaboration at eye level.

Through your professional leadership responsibility, you proactively steer sales floor topics and are responsible for managing and monitoring the flow of goods as well as the processes between the sales area and the warehouse.

In doing so, you actively manage the daily shift schedules and onboard new employees.

You have several years of professional experience in a similar position with professional leadership responsibility.

You have a high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, organisational skill and assertiveness, and a friendly, service-oriented manner is important to you.
