Your Tasks
As a Floor Manager, you are right in the middle of the store, ensure an exceptional service and bring our brand to life on the sales floor. By coaching the team, keeping an eye on daily operations and ensuring optimal product presentation, you help create a shopping experience that delights our customers. In this role, you have the opportunity to take responsibility every day, inspire your team and make a real difference.
Customer Experience
- Lead by example when greeting and advising our customers, and coach the team in active customer engagement.
- Manage restocking and ensure optimal product availability on the sales floor.
- Promote sound product knowledge and product storytelling within the team.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Operational Implementation
- Coordinate merchandise deliveries, restocking, price labeling and visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with our brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and inventory control requirements.
- Support staff scheduling and, together with management, ensure that the set personnel cost budgets are respected.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and discuss them with management.

- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

What You Bring
- At least 2 years of professional experience in retail.
- Scheduling flexibility to cover the varying demands of everyday store operations.
- The ability to coach team members clearly, respectfully and motivatingly.
- Solid operational know-how in merchandise delivery and restocking.
- A careful and reliable way of working with a high level of attention to detail.
- Clear and positive communication that contributes to team motivation.
- Adaptability and initiative to continuously improve daily operations.
