Job description
As part of strengthening our client's security framework, we are looking for an IAM Expert (Identity & Access Management) to support the design, deployment and evolution of identity and access management within a complex, cross-functional environment.
You will work on strategic topics related to identity governance, securing access and regulatory compliance, in close collaboration with the Security, IT and Business teams.
Main responsibilities
As an IAM Expert, your responsibilities will include:

Designing, deploying and maintaining IAM / IGA solutions (identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access recertification).

Defining and implementing authorization models (RBAC / ABAC) and access policies based on the Least Privilege principle.

Integrating business applications (on-premise and cloud) with IAM solutions (ERP, CRM, internal tools, SaaS).

Setting up and maintaining strong authentication mechanisms: SSO, MFA, identity federation.

Contributing to the definition of the IAM architecture and solution choices.

Writing functional and technical specifications, operating procedures and related documentation.

Contributing to security audits, access reviews and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001).

Providing advanced support (N2/N3) and contributing to the continuous improvement of the IAM framework.

Supporting business teams in change management and the adoption of solutions.
Qualifications

You hold an engineering degree or an equivalent Bac+5 (master's level) qualification.

You have solid expertise in IAM / IGA / PAM concepts (JML, roles, authorizations, recertification, SoD).

You have experience with at least one market IAM solution: SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow), Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, ForgeRock, One Identity, Ping Identity.

You have a good understanding of authentication and federation protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos.

You have a good knowledge of application integrations (REST APIs, IAM connectors, middleware).

You have a fluent level of English.

Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
