Job description
- Be the technical reference for workplace-related issues
- Design, evolve and maintain the workplace architectures
- Define and enforce the technical standards for the fleet
- Lead transformation and modernization projects for the Digital Workplace
- Industrialize deployments and fleet administration operations
- Administer and evolve Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager solutions
- Define application deployment, update, patch management and compliance strategies
- Contribute to securing endpoints and implementing security policies
- Analyze and resolve complex Level 3 / expert incidents
- Support technical teams in resolving complex issues
- Carry out technical studies, impact analyses and architecture recommendations
- Automate operations using PowerShell
- Maintain technology watch and propose workplace improvements
- Write technical documentation, procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the workplace domain
- Strong expertise in Windows environments and their administration
- Proficiency in Intune and/or SCCM in production environments
- Very strong command of PowerShell and automation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience with security, compliance and fleet management issues
- Ability to handle complex topics and provide genuine technical expertise
- Experience in workplace architecture or transformation is a plus
- Autonomy, analytical mind and ability to make proposals
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to support technical teams and users
