Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Solid knowledge in credit, with mastery of credit granting processes, whether from the perspective of user, originator, or solution provider.
- Consistent background in the financial ecosystem, with experience in payment institutions, fintechs, and credit cooperatives.
- Practical experience using commercial management tools, such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), with discipline in pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
- Structured experience in commercial activities in the hunter model, with strong prioritization capacity and generation of new business opportunities.
- Analytical capacity applied to portfolio management, including tracking indicators, pipeline evolution, and data-driven decision-making.
- High autonomy in portfolio management, with the ability to act independently in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities.
- Profile with an "entrepreneur within the business" mindset, taking responsibility for results and revenue expansion.
- Acting as an internal facilitator and orchestrator, connecting areas, resources, and stakeholders to enable solutions and unlock deals.
- Seniority to handle unstructured environments, making decisions and setting priorities with confidence.
- Restless posture oriented toward continuous improvement, with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and drive results.

What will be your main responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage the client portfolio, being responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and developing commercial opportunities.
- Act with an entrepreneurial mindset, leading initiatives for revenue expansion and opening new businesses in the financial segment.
- Conduct sales processes with a consultative approach, especially in solutions related to credit and credit granting.
- Act as a credit specialist, supporting clients in understanding models, policies, and granting strategies.
- Orchestrate internal stakeholders (product, risk, technology, etc.) to enable complex solutions and unlock negotiations.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for structured pipeline management, revenue predictability, and performance tracking.
- Active prospecting (hunter), with discipline in account prioritization and continuous generation of new opportunities.
- Conduct complex negotiations, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical/commercial viability of solutions.
- Develop relationships with players in the financial ecosystem, including banks, fintechs, payment institutions, and cooperatives.
- Act as an internal facilitator, connecting areas and resources to accelerate sales cycles and value delivery to clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to maximize results.
- Stay updated on credit and payments market trends, ensuring relevance in commercial interactions.
