Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Mastery of the insurance market, with knowledge of the complete ecosystem, including players, distribution channels, products, and competitive dynamics.
- Expertise in pipeline generation and management, with rigorous discipline in continuous prospecting and development of commercial opportunities.
- Strong sales orientation in a hunter model, with structured skills in market opening, lead identification, and conversion of new business.
- Knowledge of commercial growth strategies, with focus on revenue expansion, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and reduction of customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Consultative sales approach, with the ability to diagnose customer needs and articulate solutions internally, connecting different areas to deliver value.
- Ability to simultaneously manage accounts and prospecting, balancing relationships with active clients and development of new market opportunities.
- Experience in channel development and new business, from initial prospecting to structuring and maturation of opportunities.
- High corporate relationship management capability, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence stakeholders and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Customer-oriented approach, with active presence in visits, meetings, and relationship activities for commercial development.
- Updated market knowledge, monitoring trends, competitive movements, and emerging opportunities.
- Advanced English, with practical application in a global corporate environment, including negotiations, prospecting, and relationships with international stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools for structured pipeline management, performance tracking, and commercial predictability.
- Proven track record of results, with consistent delivery and relevant cases of business generation and goal achievement.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute continuous pipeline generation actions, with commercial discipline and focus on active prospecting of new customers and opportunities.
- Act with a hunter profile, conducting market opening, identification of qualified leads, and conversion of new business.
- Map and develop the insurance ecosystem, identifying opportunities in different channels, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Conduct a consultative sales approach, deeply understanding customer needs and articulating internal solutions to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Simultaneously manage a customer portfolio and prospecting of new accounts, ensuring balance between retention, expansion, and acquisition.
- Conduct commercial visits and relationship activities, strengthening bonds and expanding business opportunities with clients.
- Act as a bridge between client and internal areas, articulating solutions and aligning deliveries according to market demands.
- Develop and structure new channels and business fronts, from prospecting to opportunity maturation.
- Use CRM tools for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and organization of commercial operations.
- Monitor market trends, movements, and changes, staying constantly updated to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Conduct commercial interactions in a global environment (advanced English), including prospecting, negotiation, and relationships with international stakeholders.
- Ensure high performance based on a consistent track record of results, with focus on goal achievement and generation of relevant business impact.
