Job Description

Hybrid position to work in Blumenau/SC.

As a Farmer Executive you will have the mission of ensuring customer base loyalty and engagement, acting in a consultative manner to prevent cancellations, reactivate inactive accounts and identify expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that maximize perceived value.

  • Manage active and inactive customer portfolios with a focus on retention and engagement.
  • Monitor churn indicators and usage behavior for preventive actions.
  • Conduct reactivation campaigns for inactive customers.
  • Act in engagement campaigns for active and inactive customers.
  • Collaborate with internal areas (sales, product, customer service) to ensure a smooth journey.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for decision-making.

Qualifications
