Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Technology Manager to lead the technology strategy for the evolution of our product portfolio for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), which includes credit granting solutions, monitoring, collection, self-management and financial management, and our platforms that encompass web, app, and WhatsApp, using Agentic AI as a competitive differentiator.
This leader must deeply understand SME pain points, business strategy, and new technologies (with emphasis on Open Finance, Digital Bill of Exchange, data, and AI) to ensure constant delivery of customer value, accelerated time to market, and development quality. To this end, their area involves the disciplines of development engineering, QA, data and AI, architecture, SER, sustainment, and contract management.
Also relevant in this position is intense partnership with the GPMs and designers of the business unit, as well as identifying, influencing, and enabling other internal and external partnerships that can accelerate learning, results, and productivity.
The main focus of this role comes down to "outcomes over outputs" and constant evolution, with the greatest challenge being the speed of bringing solutions and platforms to market, as well as maturing the concept of AI First in our ecosystem.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Experience in technology in the financial market, having worked in the SME segment at some point and leadership for at least 5 years;
- Practical and constantly evolving experience with new technologies, with emphasis on generative and agentic AI;
- Product Development experience through integrated squads of products, design, and technology;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influence to interact with teams, internal and external partners, and executive levels, taking the ecosystem to the next level;
- Analytical capability, focus on data and impact metrics, productivity, and budget and contract management;
- Advanced English for interaction and presentations (fluency will be a differentiator).
