About the role
We are looking for a Market Research Specialist with a highly analytical profile to play a key role in leading and developing strategic market research projects. If you are passionate about translating complex data into actionable insights and have a robust background to guide decision-making in a high-performance corporate environment, this position is for you. You will work end-to-end, connecting research methodologies with business strategy, directly influencing multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects, from the briefing to the presentation of results;
- Conduct and evolve continuous and ad hoc studies, such as: Net Promoter Score (NPS), Brand Health Tracking, Mystery Shopping, Concept Testing, and Market Segmentation;
- Structure research design, developing complex quantitative questionnaires and in-depth qualitative discussion guides;
- Apply Artificial Intelligence for optimization, analysis, and generation of insights from large volumes of research data;
- Ensure the processing, tabulation, and quality of collected data;
- Act as a consultative partner (Business Partner of Insights), facilitating communication and alignment with multiple areas and stakeholders in building data-driven strategies.
Technical Requirements
- Solid experience in conducting market research projects (research institutes or end-client in large companies);
- Practical and theoretical mastery of Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies;
- Proven experience with Web Survey tools and online panel management;
- Advanced knowledge in data tabulation and processing;
- Advanced English;
- Mastery of the Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for storytelling and creating high-impact executive presentations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic background in Statistics;
- Mastery of statistical software, such as IBM SPSS;
- Practical experience in creating and using Synthetic Personas;
- Previous experience in environments undergoing technological transition and integration of data methodologies.
