Job Description
The Communications, Engagement and Wellness area supports the Human Resources and business strategy in Spanish Latam, driving initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, connection with corporate purpose, pride of belonging, two-way communication, employer brand, and the building of a great place to work.
From this management level, regional processes are led for internal communication, engagement, wellness, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and employer brand, with reach across Spanish Latam countries.
Purpose of the role
Plan, execute, and measure internal communication and employer brand initiatives for Spanish Latam. The role manages channels, content, campaigns, events, and employer brand actions that keep employees informed, connected, and committed to Experian's strategy, culture, and purpose.
It also contributes to strengthening engagement, pride of belonging, wellness, recognition, and a work experience with fewer barriers to doing the job well.
Main deliverables
- Planned, prioritized, and updated regional editorial calendar.
- Regional internal campaigns for Human Resources, culture, engagement, wellness, sustainability, DEI, and business.
- Management of Internal Communications Platform: publishing, segmentation, optimization, and content tracking.
- Written, visual, and audiovisual content for internal channels and audiences.
- Internal and external employer brand actions, aligned with company culture and global and regional guidelines.
- Communication of corporate events, town halls, regional initiatives, and key moments in employee experience.
- Coordination of agencies, suppliers, and communication, design, audiovisual production, events, and digital content partners.
- Internal communication indicators, channel engagement, and campaign effectiveness, with learnings and recommendations.
Role responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional internal communication for Spanish Latam, ensuring clarity, narrative consistency, and strategic alignment.

Manage the regional editorial calendar, integrating global communications, regional priorities, local needs, campaigns, and key dates.

Create, edit, and publish news, announcements, interviews, campaigns, informational pieces, and special content for internal channels.

Administer the internal communication platform, ensuring updates, editorial quality, appropriate segmentation, and metric tracking.

Translate business and Human Resources needs into simple, attractive, and actionable messages, campaigns, and content.

Support culture, talent, wellness, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, recognition, and engagement initiatives.

Develop strategic messages for leaders, town halls, corporate events, regional campaigns, and high-impact communications.

Execute internal and external employer brand actions, in coordination with culture agenda, talent attraction, and global communications.

Create content and experiences that strengthen pride, connection with purpose, participation, and perception of Experian as a great place to work.

Propose innovative storytelling formats, digital campaigns, audiovisual content, and experiences to drive participation.

Coordinate agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, timely delivery, efficiency, and alignment with the Experian brand.

Measure and analyze internal channels and campaigns to generate learnings, recommendations, and continuous improvement.

Maintain brand guidelines, tone, visual identity, and internal communications governance.

Promote, through communication, a culture of care, recognition, inclusion, wellness, collaboration, and high performance.
Qualifications
Education
- Professional degree in Social Communication, Organizational Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experience
-
More than 4 years of experience in internal communication, organizational communication, employer brand, culture, engagement, human resources, corporate marketing, or digital communications.

Desirable experience in multinational companies, regional environments, or areas with multiple stakeholders.
Required technical knowledge

Organizational and internal communication; corporate writing, storytelling, and content editing.

Design and execution of internal campaigns, editorial calendars, and internal digital channels.

Management of internal communication platforms or intranet.

Employer brand and content for corporate social media.

Project management, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.

Communication metrics, engagement, and channel performance.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

PowerPoint design experience.

Desirable experience with Canva, SharePoint, employee engagement platforms, mailing, video, or digital analytics.

Knowledge of or openness to using artificial intelligence to optimize content, analysis, ideation, and productivity.
