Our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in ensuring the company's stable scaling and the continuity of our device production process, so we are currently looking for an Electronic Components Buyer to further strengthen the team.
Required knowledge and skills: Experience purchasing electronic components of at least 1 year; Basic knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA); Technical background in electronics, understanding of electronic components and their analogues; Experience working with MS Office and Google services; English proficiency at Intermediate+ level; Multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously; Ability to identify problems and find solutions; Bringing started work to completion and converting time into results.
Responsibilities: Searching, price negotiation and purchasing of components/goods according to the Technical Specification (electronic components, housing parts, electromechanics, "custom" elements) for new devices/prototypes; Selecting analogues of electronic components; Searching for and purchasing tools/equipment/consumables in China/Europe/USA for production/R&D teams; Searching for and evaluating new suppliers of components/materials for assigned tasks within set deadlines and budget, as well as working with the existing supplier base; Monitoring delivery times, prices, payments, quality, delivery completeness and primary accounting documentation; Preparing/approving contracts; Monitoring and managing orders/payments.
