Join the Direct Procurement Department team at Kyivstar. We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for organizing and conducting tenders, effectively interacting with suppliers, optimizing costs, and developing procurement processes. What will you do? Develop the assigned procurement category, plan procurement activities, and monitor their execution Organize and conduct tenders from start to finish, following the Company's procurement procedures Analyze costs, forecast budgets, and look for opportunities to optimize procurement Manage interaction with suppliers, conduct negotiations, and build long-term partnerships Analyze contracts, propose more favorable terms of cooperation and opportunities for cost reduction Interact with Kyivstar teams and companies of the VEON/KGL group, propose solutions to improve procurement processes You are our match if... You have experience in technical or IT procurement You understand the basic principles of how IT products work You have a higher education in economics, finance, or a technical field You are confident in Microsoft Office You speak Ukrainian fluently and have an Upper-Intermediate level of English It would be great if... You have analytical thinking and can work with large volumes of information You know how to manage projects and plan for the medium and long term You have experience conducting negotiations and applying various negotiation strategies You know how to prepare and deliver presentations Why Kyivstar?
