The Director provides strategic and administrative leadership for the Asian American Center within the Division of Student Success. The Director is responsible for the Center's programs, operations, financial stewardship, fundraising, external relations, and day-to-day administration. As the Center's primary staff member, the Director directly plans, implements, and evaluates educational programs and engagement activities while establishing priorities, managing the budget, maintaining effective administrative processes, and ensuring alignment with University policies and divisional goals. The Director builds productive relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, community partners, and University colleagues to advance academic inquiry, student engagement, belonging, public service, and access. The Director also leads resource development in partnership with University Development and works collaboratively with advisory and volunteer groups that support the Center's mission.
