Job Description
The mission will consist of designing and implementing the most suitable solutions for the needs of various clients, while taking into account the technical challenges of the platform (performance, scalability, resilience, security). The main tasks to be carried out are:
- Needs analysis: understanding the functional and technical requirements of projects, participating in estimation, and drafting technical and functional specifications
- Design and development:
o Design, development, and maintenance of applications meeting the needs
o Proposing innovative technical solutions in collaboration with platform architects
- Testing and quality: ensuring the expected test quality through the writing of tests (unit, integration, etc.) throughout the development cycle
- Deployment and maintenance:
o Participation in UAT & monitoring the deployment of platform versions for each client
o Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications, by resolving incidents (L3 support) and providing improvements
- Collaboration and communication:
o Close collaboration with development, design, and project management teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment
o Participation in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospective) and project monitoring
- Training and knowledge transfer:
o Training and supporting less experienced team members on technologies and development best practices
o Documentation of processes and implemented solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Programming languages: Java 8/11/12
- Front-end framework: Angular or VueJS
- Design Principles & common Design Patterns to produce maintainable and scalable code
- WSL2
- Frameworks: Spring / Hibernate
- SQL language and relational database modeling
- RESTful API
- Middleware: Kafka
- Versioning: Git, Gitlab
- Build: Maven, npm
- International context: French and English (B1/B2 level oral and written)
