Job Description
The mission will consist of designing and implementing the most suitable solutions to meet the needs of different clients, while taking into account the technical challenges of the platform (performance, scalability, resilience, security). The main missions to be carried out are:
- Requirements analysis: understanding the functional and technical requirements of projects, participation in estimation, drafting of technical and functional specifications
- Design and development:
o Design, development and maintenance of applications meeting requirements
o Proposal of innovative technical solutions in collaboration with platform architects
- Testing and quality: ensuring expected test quality through writing tests (unit, integration, etc.) throughout the development cycle
- Deployment and maintenance:
o Participation in UAT & monitoring the deployment of platform versions for each client
o Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications, resolving incidents (L3 support) and implementing improvements
- Collaboration and communication:
o Close collaboration with development, design and project management teams in an Agile environment (Scrum)
o Participation in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospective) and project tracking
- Training and knowledge transfer:
o Training and mentoring of less experienced team members on technologies and development best practices
o Documentation of processes and implemented solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Java 8/11/12 programming languages
- Angular2 or VueJS front-end framework
- Design Principles & Design Patterns most commonly used to produce maintainable and scalable code
- WSL2
- Spring / Hibernate frameworks
- SQL language and relational database modeling
- RESTful API
- Middleware: Kafka
- Versioning: Git, Gitlab
- Build: Maven, npm
- International context: French and English speaking (B1/B2 level oral and written)
