Job Description

What does your workday look like ...

In your position as Chef de Partie, you take responsibility for your station in the garde manger and ensure smooth operations and the highest quality standards. You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and actively contribute to providing our guests with unforgettable culinary experiences.

You prepare your shifts independently, organize your mise en place efficiently, and ensure that all work processes are carried out in a structured and clean manner. Furthermore, you actively participate in shaping our menu, bring creative ideas to the table, and develop existing dishes further.

You lead a small team at your station, guide apprentices and commis, and support their professional and personal development. As a reliable point of contact, you create a motivating team atmosphere and foster strong teamwork in the kitchen.

As an experienced chef, you work with passion at the stove, have a pronounced quality awareness, and manage your station at all times with confidence and personal responsibility.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume ...

You have completed training as a chef and already have experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable position.

You enjoy taking on responsibility and have initial experience leading a small team.

You speak fluent German and ideally some English as well.

You are committed to continuously developing yourself and sharing your knowledge.

You are passionate about modern cuisine, French influences, and creative food concepts.

You bring not only your technical skills but also personality, structure, and team spirit.
