Job Description
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar, ensuring continuous monitoring of the product's key indicators, including agreement rate, funnel conversion, average negotiated ticket and post-agreement default.
- Carry out exploratory and in-depth analyses to answer strategic business questions, identify the factors that impact results and map optimization opportunities in the negotiation process.
- Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests in partnership with the Product and Growth teams, turning statistical results into practical and prioritized recommendations.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation and analysis, ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of information.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams in defining and evolving data sources, metrics and business indicators.
- Present analyses, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, using data-driven storytelling to support decision-making and generate impact on results.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Solid experience with SQL for data extraction, processing and analysis.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analyses, including data manipulation and application of statistical techniques.
- Experience designing, executing and interpreting A/B tests, with the ability to turn results into business recommendations.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses and insights clearly and objectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure will be considered a differentiator.
- Analytical profile, data-driven and with strong capacity to generate insights to support decision-making.
