Job Description

The Data Impact Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the generation, measurement, and traceability of value across the data ecosystem, driving its adoption, monetization, and strategic leverage to maximize financial impact and business profitability. Through the identification of growth opportunities, expansion of information assets, and continuous monitoring of the economic performance of Data initiatives, ensuring a sustainable contribution to business and market objectives.

Deliverables:

  • Strategic data roadmap: Definition and implementation of proprietary data strategy focused on incremental data from bureau information reports.
  • Data value measurement and traceability framework: Design and implementation of models, metrics, and dashboards to measure adoption, financial impact, profitability, and measurement of the data portfolio's contribution to business results, ensuring visibility and continuous traceability of generated value.
  • Data-driven business cases and growth opportunities: Construction of business cases, feasibility analysis, and value propositions aimed at maximizing the economic impact of Data initiatives, enabling strategic decision-making, revenue generation, and competitive advantages for the business.
  • Data-driven business cases and value propositions: Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of use cases and opportunities for leveraging underutilized data, aligned with business needs, market trends, and growth objectives, ensuring measurable impact and scalability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the value, use, and profitability of data by measuring its adoption in products, impact on the business, and contribution to financial results: cost-benefit, margin, return, and adoption.
  • Identify underutilized data/sources and propose their leverage through use cases aligned with business needs and market opportunities.
  • Define initiatives to expand the volume of proprietary data, aligned with business and market needs.
  • Define the strategy for strengthening data clubs, ensuring alignment with business needs, market benchmarks, and performance metrics.
  • Implement financial tracking by maintaining data value dashboards.
  • Manage the Data P&L.
  • Generate use cases that support information delivery and thus strengthen information for new product generation.
  • Propose new methodologies to strengthen control of the data profitability and monetization process.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 years of work experience related to companies in the financial sector, Fintech, retail, or payment services, in positions related to product or service development, project management, customer risk cycle processes.
  • Education: Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields with specialization or master's degree. (Mandatory)
  • Required technical knowledge:
    • Product or service development
    • Knowledge of the financial, telco, or government sector
    • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle (from ingestion to consumption layer)
