Job Description

The Strategy area for Spanish Latam has the mission to support the definition, prioritization, and tracking of regional strategic initiatives, connecting business priorities with actionable plans, analysis, and executive documentation. The team articulates information between regional leadership, countries, and key functions, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Purpose of the role:

Provide analytical and operational support to the Strategy area for Spanish Latam in building analysis, developing executive presentations, tracking strategic initiatives, and key documentation for decision-making.

The role will have a strong focus on execution, quality of deliverables, and support to the area's leadership.

Deliverables:

  1. Support the development of executive presentations (PowerPoint) for committees, Business Reviews, and strategic tracking forums.

  2. Build analysis and strategic plans and business cases that support regional decisions, growth initiatives, efficiency, and innovation.

  3. Track OKRs and initiatives, consolidating progress, risks, and next steps.

  4. Support the organization of information and documentation of regional strategic initiatives.

  5. Translate and adapt content between Spanish and English ensuring clarity and executive quality.

  6. Support the deployment of the Artificial Intelligence adoption strategy in the organization, both for product development and improvements in internal team productivity.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Act as analytical and execution support to the strategy lead, structuring business problems, hypotheses, analysis, recommendations, and action plans.

  2. Support the development of analysis in Excel (financial models, data consolidation, basic scenarios).

  3. Coordinate information with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Product, Technology, etc.).

  4. Accompany the tracking of strategic initiatives ensuring discipline in timelines and quality of deliverables.

  5. Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence use cases that accelerate the strategic agenda, improve productivity, or enable new business opportunities.

What are we looking for?

Education: Professional degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, International Business, or related fields.

Desirable: postgraduate degree, certifications in strategy, analytics, finance, or Artificial Intelligence applied to business.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in consulting and banking sectors, in consulting and/or strategy, business development, transformation, venture building roles with exposure to executive level.

Required technical knowledge:

  • Advanced Excel
  • Financial modeling
  • OKRs methodology
  • Business analysis
  • Data storytelling and Artificial Intelligence/GenAI applied to productivity, strategy, or business cases.

Languages: English B2 or higher.

Competencies: Strategic thinking, outstanding oral and written communication, judgment to interact with C-Levels, autonomy, analytical capability.

It is the first position of the Strategy team for Spanish Latam and will be key to converting regional priorities into analysis, decisions, and execution. The role will allow us to expand the area's capacity, elevate the quality of executive documentation, professionalize OKR tracking, and accelerate Artificial Intelligence adoption in strategic initiatives.
