Job Description
- Identify growth opportunities across the entire funnel, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization.
- Plan, execute and evaluate A/B tests with analytical and statistical rigor.
- Develop hypotheses based on data, user behaviors and user journeys.
- Work in partnership with the Product, Technology and Marketing areas to drive results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generating actionable insights for the business.
- Build dashboards and analyses that support data-driven decision-making.
- Prioritize experiments considering potential impact, feasibility and implementation effort.
Qualifications
- Experience in Growth, Product or areas driven by data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and data-based decision-making.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, processing and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of business metrics, performance indicators and conversion funnels.
